IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Returns for exchange or store credit only, with original store receipt within 14 days. All sale items are final. 


ON-LINE RETURN POLICY
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of receipt and must be sent prepaid. Please print our Return Form, fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. 

Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps, and skin care are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake, whether it is a return or an exchange.  We recommend shipping all items through UPS. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.  Include in your package: your original invoice, and a filled out Return Form.  Send to:

If you need to cancel an order please email us. Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded. Please allow 2-4 days for your refund. Once an order has shipped you will need to follow instructions above for returns.
