About a year and a half ago, a group of fierce and notable women illustrators gathered to participate in the women's march as "The Pen and Ink Brigade". We marched again a year later, and today we are joining forces once more, this time to collaborate and create art which we are selling to raise money to donate to VoteRiders an organization that is working to get out the vote for the critical November midterm elections. Our goal?
A democratic congress and senate.

To that end, we have created blue waves. You can buy the art on pins and postcards and all the proceeds will be donated to VoteRiders.org
IF ONLY WE WERE COLORBLIND
Imagine if we were all colorblind. We actually have a lot more in common than we think. To survive, we all need water, air, food and love - the four most important elements of life - the first two pictured here. Maybe if we focused more on our similarities than our differences, color wouldn’t matter so much. Blue or red. Black, white or brown. When it comes down to it, we pretty much all want the same things: to live in peace, to be healthy, to feel safe and secure, to be treated fairly and with respect, to love and be loved.
